Our book club has been together nearly 3 years. We have a steady membership of around 9, but members have fluctuated. The following are the books we have read:

Skipping Christmas by John Grisham then watched "Christmas with the Kranks"
Heart of a Woman by Maya Angelou
    The Wedding by Nicholas Sparks
Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden and movie
    Perfect Madness by Judith Warner
The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas and movie
The Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Lerous and movie
A Walk To Remember by Nicholas Sparks and movie
A Thousand Acres by Jane Smiley
Book Swap- everyone shares their favorite book with a name drawn from a hat. Those books are read and discussed at the next meeting.
The Mermaid Chair by Sue Monk Kidd
And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie then went to a murder mystery dinner
The Life of Pi by Yann Martel
The Red Tent by Anita Diamant
The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown- will be seeing the movie
Book Brag- A book review time. A great time to share what you read on the side or long time favorites
A Cup of Tea by Amy Ephron
The Circle of Grace by Penelope Stokes
Light on Snow by Anita Shreve
Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas by James Patterson
    Harry Potter series and movies

We try to watch movies of the books we read. We the get to compare the two and have a little fun with a late night movie party.

Hi~

I am very interested in your book Club, and I was wondering if there was a website and how maybe I could join??? Any info would help me out greatly. I really enjoy books and would love to be around other women. Thanks.
