I really like this book, because it has some really good points in it in regard to weight loss. The focus tends to be on muscle gain rather than weight loss and it is something for LIFE!
And the High Fructose Corn Syrup, it's just poison for our bodies. Don't eat it!!!
I've been doing the Abs workout now for 3 weeks, along with my walking. I've incorporated some of the eating plan and just am more aware of what I'm eating. I feel wonderful. My clothes feel fantastic, I'm just going to keep this up before I worry what's on the scale. Go Merty!
GO MERTY! Good for you! I have been walking 1 mile a day on the treadmill. Trying to lesson my time a little bit, so that I can get my heart pumping a bit more. Depending on the day, I spend 14-16 minutes on the treadmill. I feel better.
